At Udita accessories, products are curated once order is placed. All orders are customized based on quantity and selected design. Hence we don’t encourage any refunds/exchange of products.
Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund/Exchange is applicable only for damaged products. For any refund/Exchange, Parcel opening video is mandatory.
Damages should be reported within 48hrs of delivery for any refund or exchange.
1. Return Process
1.1 Steps to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@dev.uditaaccessories.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
1.2 Return Shipping:
- Our team will raise a return pickup request.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Udita Accessories is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Only product price is refunded for damaged product.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
2.2 Non-Refundable Charges:
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging for verification.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time:
- Check your bank account or payment method statement.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
